Marilyn Kibler-Colon – President

Marilyn Kibler – Colón is currently is serving as Director of Professional Services for Airline Solutions at Sabre. She has over 20 years of broad, global experience in Professional and Consulting Services across multiple industries such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Information Technology and Media and Entertainment. Her accomplishments include Strategic Sales Planning and Execution, P&L Responsibility, Launching New Products and Services, Strategic Alliance Development and Management, and Business and Technology Leadership. She has held senior positions at IBM and Xerox and multiple mid market companies. Marilyn received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She currently serves on non-profit Boards and Programs including: President of Alliance of Technology of Women (DFW ATW), and Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC).

Alex Plotkin – Social Media Director

Alex Plotkin is an underwriter at Central Insurance Companies. He has more than 13 years of experience in finance, insurance, technology risk management and cyber risk. He worked for nearly four years as a technology underwriter for Travelers Financial Services Corporation, where he focused on developing risk management and cyber risk solutions for technology corporations. He also has a deep interest in following trends and developments in technology. He has been actively involved with ATW since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also holds a Masters of Arts degree in economics from Northeastern University. And in 2014, he completed his Masters in Business Administration at Bentley University.

Shanthi Rajaram – Treasurer

Shanthi is an Entrepreneur, leader and problem solver with over 20 years of experience in areas of Business management, developing and driving strategic initiatives, technology adoption, software products, selling and implementing IT solutions for various clients. She is highly energetic and driven in identifying opportunities and providing right solutions with roadmap using cost effective models with right mix of global professionals. She demonstrates trust, accountability, thought leadership, customer centric approach in all areas of work.

Kristy Bonner – Director

Kristy is the Director of Enterprise Application Services at NCH Corporation based in Irving, Texas.  She is responsible for the global IT strategic vision, architecture and execution of sales and mobility technical solutions for a global chemical direct sales force.  Kristy’s broad experience and strong business relationship skills over the last 20+ years have enabled her to successfully lead the development and implementation of proprietary sales applications used by over 3000 sales and service associates in more than 30 countries.    Kristy is involved with our GREATMINDS pillar and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of girls and women in the technology fields.

Maria Cramer – Director
Cynthia Heyn – Director

Cynthia is a Mobile Applications consultant working with equipment suppliers, operators and enterprises to bring transformative technology to market. She spent 20+ years in Telecommunications with executive roles at Ericsson, both in the United States and Sweden. Her Philanthropic and community service activities include helping to launch a TEDx event, chairing for the International Business Professionals Group, a board member of the Alliance of Women in Technology, founder and board member of the In Unity Timebank (affiliated with www.timebanks.org), a member of the Metroplex Technology Business Council, Executives in Action, Women in Wireless and a number of other technical associations and philanthropic organizations.

Sylvia Karmanoff – Director

Sylvia Karmanoff is founder and president of KEMSI, a professional services firm helping clients innovate and deliver solutions. Since 2005, KEMSI has helped clients incorporate new technologies into their product portfolios, understand monetization opportunities, and then build and manage teams to develop and deliver the products and services. KEMSI serves a global client base in medical device, connected vehicle, machine-to-machine communications (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) industries.

Melinda Lockhart – Director

Melinda is the founder and CEO of DecisionHub, a startup which supports business decisions through sensor data visualization initially in the transportation, agriculture, and city government industries.  She is also a Managing Partner for SMARTnTX, providing smart technologies and smart city initiative consulting.

Melinda’s career stops included M2M software development, aero-engine telematics engineering, and infrastructure diagnostics. In addition, she designed the military-grade secured development platform for the U.S DOD/U.K. MOD Joint Strike Fighter program. She oversaw (but did not control!) a global technology provider’s R&D unit, monetized the company’s patent portfolio, revitalized global technology services products through rebranding, and successfully managed large global clients and business units across 160 countries.

Melinda is devoted to supporting women’s economic empowerment initiatives, serving as The Institute for the Economic Empowerment of Women (IEEW) Advisory Board Member and as a mentor in their Peace Through Business program.   She focuses much of her support for STEAM initiatives as an Alliance of Technology and Women Board Member and Tech Titans Innovation Team Tri-Chair.  She is a past Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) member.

Melinda was technology advisor to the European Union Commission on Cybercrime.  She led the U.S. joint industry-government cyber-security task force under President Clinton.  The resulting plan received presidential recognition and, post 9-11, was the new Department of Homeland Security’s initial plan.

Melinda has been featured in books such as Robert Tucker’s Driving Growth through Innovation, and in London Business School’s publication Business Strategy Review.

Ewa Musial – Director

An innovative developer, Ewa achieved her Ph.D. in computer science at State University of New York while working for New York State Police. During this time, Ewa delivered various projects to law enforcement officers and detectives with a research focus on entity resolution, testing and reliability of service-oriented applications. Ewa currently lives in DFW and works for Blackhawk Network.  In her free time, Ewa enjoys Argentinian tango and kayak. As a member of the ATW leadership team, she strives to enable promoting technology among women.

Linda O’Hea – Director

With over 14 years of Information Technology consulting sales experience, Linda has built relationships with CIO’s and their organization in providing talent. Currently, Linda is Business Development Manager for Bravo Technical Resources, Inc. She is a results driven business development manager who strives in matching talent to new opportunities in the marketplace. Linda has focused on helping Information Technology Managers build great teams. She has served on the ATW Leadership Board for five years.

Darci Sancheva – Director

Like you, technology entrepreneur and business advisor Darci Sachdeva has seen how technology innovations impact our lives over the years. With over three decades of experience in multiple industries and geographies, particularly with complex organizations undergoing transformational IT processes. She supports the ATW mission by focusing on articulating the goals of our organization when meeting with business and community leaders to enlighten or raise funds. Her previous experience in executive-level roles with major U.S., Asian and European firms and business development acumen will help the organization strive. An active member of ATW and board member of AiRS Foundation (a non-profit organization dedicated to providing breast reconstruction, after mastectomy, to women who cannot afford this procedure), Ms. Sachdeva believes in the mission and goals of the ATW organization and helping women is a cause that she is passionate about. When not working on the business or serving as volunteer to further her lifetime goal of giving back, she enjoys raising her twins and spending time with her family in the Montana area where she was born and raised.

Linda Selph – Director

With over 20 years of experience as an award winning technology sales professional, Linda aligns complex organizational priorities with business objectives to drive results. She has successfully managed global 1000 accounts delivering enterprise-wide B2B software solutions for startups and established brands, including IBM and Computer Associates. Most recently, Linda serves as a brand influence consultant for senior managers and corporate executives. In addition, Linda volunteers in committee and leadership roles at DFW ATW, Dallas Women’s Executive Network Group and Assistance League Coppell.

Neelu Sethi – Director

Neelu Sethi is the Chief Information Officer of ReddyIce, where she is responsible for IT strategies and operational management of IT applications and infrastructure of the largest manufacturer of packaged ice products in the United States, distributing approximately 1.8 million tons of ice annually to 82,000 customer locations.

Regina Skidmore – Director

Regina Skidmore is Senior Manager, Strategic Planning at Southwest Airlines. Her key focus areas include data governance, self service capabilities, data capture/integration/availability, analytics/models and decision making. Her specialities include  Data Science, Data Strategy, Data Warehouse, BIPM, BI Analyst, Data Analysis, Project Management.

Susan Tidwell – Director

Bringing energy and excitement to every conversation, Susan is an expert in the sophisticated and complex business development process for aligning businesses with technology solutions. With a technical background and 20+ years of experience working with clients in the DFW area, her desire is to ensure every conversation is useful and meaningful and values building relationships that will assist others meet their professional business goals. Additionally, Susan continues to serve on the ATW Board in the role of Programs Director ensuring our ATW members have access to wonderful programs and events. Gunjan Verma – Director

Gunjan has over 20 years of leadership in technology. A highly accomplished technology and management executive with strong leadership, problem solving, planning, and consulting skills. Successfully built high performance IT organizations by – maximizing IT value, stronger Business/IT alignment, and increased customer focus. Leads Business-IT Strategies, Business-IT alignment, road-maps, product development, operations, program/project management, enterprise architecture/infrastructure and process improvements that drive revenue growth and reduce expenses. She holds Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

Lisa Danzer – President Emeritus

At HP, Lisa is currently a Global Practice Leader for Engineered Systems, HP Enterprise. Her technical specialties include Cloud Computing and Oracle solutions. She serves on the leadership team for the HP North Texas Women’s Network. Prior to HP, Ms. Danzer spent 12 years at Sun Microsystems in various technical and management roles. At Sun she was recognized as the District Technology Manager of the year for the Southern Area in 2001 and US Engineering Manager/Director of the Year in 2002. She is a six time Sunrise (sales club) award winner. In 2002 Lisa led a team of sales and systems engineers that won the “Get’s It” award from their customer. The award was given for exemplifying the best partnership effort of any of their vendors.
