    DFW*ATW Virtual Holiday Party

     Thursday, December 10, 2020
    6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for a fun night of networking and holiday cooking demonstration with Traci Keller from Traci's Holiday Shop. She'll be making her famous cinnamon rolls and an easy bake-along with her raspberry shortbread bars. With just a few ingredients you probably have on hand, you can follow along!

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temp

    2/3 cup sugar

    2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup raspberry* jam, separated into approximately two ½ cups

    1 ½ cups powdered sugar

    3 ½ tablespoons milk

    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    To Do before Our Party

    1.      Measure out the ingredients; keep separate.
    2.      Set the butter out to soften.
    3.      Grab a sheet pan and lightly spray it with Pam.
    4.      If you have an electric mixer (handheld or stand), get it ready. If you don’t, you might want to start a little early creaming the butter and sugar together.
    5.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    6.      Have a small bowl and whisk handy.

*I’m using raspberry jam for this, but any preserves/jam will work if it’s not too watery—blackberry, apricot, and peach work well. I’ve not done this with sugar-free jam, because … cookies.
