Joanne Boisjolie, Global Information Director, PWC

Joanne is an Executive with over twenty-five years of experience in providing technical leadership focused on Data Management solutions.  She brings proven management experience of enterprise data initiatives having led large (70+ staff, $27M annual budgets) cross functional teams designing and implementing solutions to complex data challenges.

Joanne currently works for PwC as a Global Information Director, responsible for the internal Master Data Management initiatives. Before joining PwC, she held various technical leadership positions driving Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Quality Improvement, Enterprise Architecture and Predictive Analysis. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She has also taken executive management courses from Yale School of Management and is an active PMP certification holder.

Latonya Davis, Head of Operating Systems & Virtualization Engineering, Citi

Latonya Davis is Head of Operating Systems & Virtualization Engineering within Citi CATE Cloud & Platform Services Organization. The Operating Systems & Virtualization organization is responsible for continuously adding value by providing end to end Operating System & Virtualization Services that are the building blocks of many strategic engineering initiatives. These initiative include, but are not limited to, the Cloud & Platform Services strategy (ECS, Hybrid, Private & Public Cloud), the Data Services strategy, and the Security & Fraud Services Strategy. Latonya is also Founder of the first Generations Network in North America (located in Dallas, TX) which was added as an official Citi Affinity Network in 2016. She remains the Chair of the network in Dallas and continues to support the expansion of this network across North America, expanding the North America footprint.

Prior to joining the CATE organization, Latonya managed the Global Development Cloud Operations team within Citi Technology Infrastructure organization (CTI).  She was also responsible for having established the strategy and direction for storage operations within Cloud. Latonya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of North Texas. She lives in Grand Prairie, TX with her husband and two children.

Lestan D’Souza, Director of Digital Omnichannel Analytics (Digital/Data), Citi

Lestan D’Souza is the Global Digital/Omni Channel Data Service Lead within the GCT Data & Analytics organization. Lestan leads all engagement with the GCB Digital teams globally to define and drive our data priorities for our businesses and customers. Owning much of the Big Data and Real-time transformation platforms and feature roadmap, Lestan ensures that the customer experience and products are infused with analytics. Lestan works in close partnership with Global Consumer business leaders and technology partners to drive overall service and holistic engagement in the Data & Analytics organization.

An 18 year veteran of Citi, Lestan was previously the Head of Global Analytic Innovations in the GCT Data & Analytics organization. In this role, he drove analytics from “averages and trends” to more personalized and focused products, driving offers and servicing needs to be delivered in real or near real-time delivery. Before joining GCT in 2015 from Enterprise O&T, he held a variety of roles including Development Lead and Solutions Architect in Global Wealth Management, Director of Innovative Solutions, and Global Head of Solutions Development within Corporate CTO.

With over 20 years of enterprise software experience Heather Sepolen is an industry veteran.  She has global experience in Enterprise Leadership, Program Management, Application Development, Customer Success, Digital Operations, Systems Integration and Service Delivery and is a certified Project Management Professional.  Heather is driven by her foundational belief of keeping customers and employees at the core of every effort.

As part of Rimini Streets Executive leadership team Heather is responsible for global service deliveries strategy and operational success.  Heather successfully moved Tax, Legal, and Regulatory Product Delivery team away from a Waterfall Development process, changing the way updates are designed and delivered by leveraging an Agile Framework. Moving to Agile enabled the team to transition from siloed task managers into forward-thinking cross team leaders.  Since moving to Agile, there has been an increase in productivity and release quality, which has been attributed to better communication, task ownership, and a higher level of employee satisfaction.
