Aspirations of Agility and Truths of Transformation
It seems that Agile is the way of the world–but that popularity hasn’t been without its problems. Companies spend a lot of time and money on agile transformations, and leaders worry they’re not getting the results that they should. Why are investments in Agile not delivering the full benefits promised?
In this presentation, Allison Pollard and Noreen Emanuel will share their experiences working with companies undergoing agile transformations and the challenges of focusing on the parts of Agile that matter most. There is no perfect Agile solution. Yet there is a best Agile solution for your teams. Come learn a model to understand the benefits possible from Agile teams and which investments must be made to achieve them.
Noreen Emanuel brings empathy to professional relationships and lights up a room with her positive energy. She has worked at American Airlines for 20 years and changed roles successfully many times; currently she is an agile coach within the Customer Technology organization. An avid learner, Noreen embraces new ideas and adapts to change; her servant leadership inspires those around her to do the same.
Allison Pollard helps people discover their agile instincts and develop their coaching abilities.
