The Ripple Effect: Catalyzing Change Through Leadership

Solving the complex challenges of today’s society requires a new approach to collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and team-based effectiveness. It is imperative for leaders to, not only demonstrate these skills, but create legacy ripple effects of innovation that lead to transformative impacts within organizations and industries. Through a study of three key areas of leadership, this discussion will engage leaders of all levels on the internal and external tools that are key in maximizing impact and catalyzing change.

Participants will:

  • Enhance understanding of how managing risk, creativity, and resiliency influences leadership effectiveness
  • Gain insights on how personal leadership styles drive innovation and creative thinking
  • Build and leverage strategic networks that support effective and lasting “ripples”
  • Implement personal leadership strategy.
