Women Who Leap -- Your Time Is Now!

This Women Who Leap series is focusing on the nuts and bolts of resume writing, interviewing skills and also shedding light on the perspectives of candidates and recruiters.

There is no cost, but please register as capacity is limited, and you must be a member to attend.

Want to experience mock interviews and get feedback from leaders in the IT industry? We are lining up a unique opportunity for Women Who Leap to practice and refine their interviewing skills with professional and constructive feedback in a safe environment. This will require registration and engagement 3 weeks prior to the session to participate.

Jessica Nemmers
Chief Security Office, Elevate Credit

Jessica Nemmers is Chief Security Officer of Elevate Credit headquartered in Ft. Worth, Texas. Jessica recently joined the company from Commercial Metals Company (CMC), a global steel manufacturer.  As their CISO, Jessica had the opportunity to build a comprehensive security program from the ground up. Jessica’s goal is to ensure the security program enables the company to operate with the highest possible security measures that protect company assets, employees, and customers from cyber related threats.  

Kimberly Tims
Strategic Program Manager, MuleSoft

Kimberly Tims is a Strategic Program Manager for a leading integration and API platform company, MuleSoft. In her current role, Kim is responsible for leading, building and managing global strategic program initiatives to drive enablement that supports Digital Transformation and Data Connectivity for their customers.

Prior to joining MuleSoft in Spring of 2020, Kim served in multiple roles during her 19 year career history at one of the leading health insurance companies, Health Care Service Corporation. In her previous role, as a Sales Solutions Technical Consultant she was responsible for providing consultative oversight, implementing Salesforce technology projects and Change Management to support sales channel strategies for the Sales & Account Management division. 

Reem Brooks
Talent Acquisition Manager, GM Financial

Reem has been leading talent acquisition teams for the last eight years and has worked fifteen years as a talent acquisition professional. She has experience working in multiple industries -- healthcare, transportation, financial services -- and expertise in developing talent attraction strategies to support business goals and objectives.

Leo Leybovich
Director, Enterprise Accounts, Genuent

Leo is an accomplished Business Development/Sales leader with well rounded and extensive experience in the recruitment and workforce solutions space.  He graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a BSBA specializing in Management Information Systems.  He has worked in various organizations including Healthcare, Workforce/Recruiting SaaS and IT Staffing and Recruiting on the agency side and has expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate retention, job search, interview prep, labor pressure trends and networking.
