How many of us have ever received feedback that we needed to be more assertive or bold and that silence is not an option? But how do you get comfortable being bold when you may be an introvert or may have been raised that hard work speaks for itself, be grateful for what you have, and to not “rock the boat?’ What if you are afraid to say the wrong thing? How do you lead with courage and resilience during COVID-19 and also speak up for those who may need to be included, acknowledged, and given a seat at the table to make their voices heard?
Lisa M. Ong, experienced diversity and inclusion strategy consultant and executive coach, will share her lessons learned on how to become bolder as a leader and a champion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by harnessing the power of “wishing out loud”®.
