Marilyn Kibler-Colon – President
Marilyn Kibler-Colón is Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development with Gateway architects, LLC. She has over 20 years of broad, global experience in professional and consulting services across multiple industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, financial services, information technology, and media and entertainment. Her accomplishments include strategic sales planning and execution, P&L responsibility, launching new products and services, strategic alliance development and management, and business and technology leadership. She has held senior positions at IBM and Xerox, as well as multiple mid market companies. Marilyn received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She currently serves on non-profit boards and programs including: President of DFW Alliance of Technology and Women (DFW*ATW), and Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC).
Kristy Bonner – Vice President
Kristy is the Director of Information Technology with NCH Corporation based in Irving, Texas. She is responsible for the global IT strategic vision, architecture and execution of sales and mobility technical solutions for a global chemical direct sales force. Kristy’s broad experience and strong business relationship skills over the last 20+ years have enabled her to successfully lead the development and implementation of proprietary sales applications used by over 3000 sales and service associates in more than 30 countries. Kristy is involved with DFW*ATW GREATMINDS pillar and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of girls and women in the technology fields.
Shanthi Rajaram – Treasurer
Shanthi is Principal and Co-Founder of Amazech Solutions. She is an entrepreneur, leader and problem-solver with over 20 years of experience in areas of business management, developing and driving strategic initiatives, technology adoption, software products, selling and implementing IT solutions for various clients. She is highly energetic and driven in identifying opportunities and providing right solutions with road map using cost effective models with right mix of global professionals. She demonstrates trust, accountability, thought leadership, customer-centric approach in all areas of work.
Susan Slawson – Secretary
Susan received her Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University and has a varied background, including starting her own company and working for multiple industries such as professional services, healthcare, telecom, energy, financial services and retail. She has a distinctive blend of analytical and relationship skills and uses these skills to develop customers, manage projects and deliver great customer service. She is currently an Implementation Project Manager with Aprima Medical Software, where she manages the interaction between Aprima, doctors, clinicians, trainers, IT and customer support. Susan is involved in Toastmasters and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has her PMP certification. She held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting in the Women’s Initiative program, and was chosen to represent women (out of 1800+ managers) in the inaugural Women’s Initiative Manager Advisory Council class. As a female electrical engineer, she believes strongly in advancing women in technology.
Neelu Sethi – Membership Committee Chair, Director
Neelu Sethi is Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer with Reddy Ice, the largest manufacturer of packaged ice products in the United States. Sethi has over 23 years of experience in the Consumer Products Goods, hospitality, healthcare and textile industries. Prior to joining Reddy Ice, she held various executive positions in IT with ClubCorp and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. She has recently been recognized as ‘Top 15 Business Women’ in Dallas. Neelu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in India, and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Delhi University in India.
Linda Selph – Fundraising Committee Chair, Director
With over 20 years of experience as an award winning technology sales professional, Linda aligns complex organizational priorities with business objectives to drive results. She has successfully managed global 1000 accounts delivering enterprise-wide Business-to-Business software solutions for startups and established brands, including IBM and Computer Associates. Most recently, Linda serves as a brand influence consultant for senior managers and corporate executives. In addition, Linda volunteers in committee and leadership roles at DFW*ATW, Dallas Women’s Executive Network Group and Assistance League Coppell.
Darci Sachdeva – Marketing Committee Chair, Director
Like you, technology entrepreneur and business advisor Darci Sachdeva has seen how technology innovations impact our lives over the years. With over three decades of experience in multiple industries and geographies, particularly with complex organizations undergoing transformational IT processes. She supports the DFW*ATW mission by focusing on articulating the goals of our organization when meeting with business and community leaders to enlighten or raise funds. Her previous experience in executive-level roles with major U.S., Asian and European firms and business development acumen will help the organization strive. An active member of DFW*ATW and board member of AiRS Foundation (a non-profit organization dedicated to providing breast reconstruction, after mastectomy, to women who cannot afford this procedure), Ms. Sachdeva believes in the mission and goals of the DFW*ATW organization and helping women is a cause that she is passionate about. When not working on the business or serving as volunteer to further her lifetime goal of giving back, she enjoys raising her twins and spending time with her family in the Montana area where she was born and raised.
Aries Webb-Williams - Programs Committee Chair, Director
Aries Webb-Williams is a service delivery and customer experience executive, who empowers quality obsessed teams for technology organizations. She is founder of The Service Boutique, where she helps organizations improve service delivery by coaching teams on process re-engineering, communication best practices and relationship building. She is a people protector, advocating for the best experience possible. Aries is also creator, host, and producer of The Scratching and Surviving Podcast. Created as a way to highlight her story, the stories of others, to expose people to positive influencers, and to serve as a place to discuss various topics in a healthy way.
Ewa Musial – Professional Development Committee Chair, Director
An innovative developer, Ewa achieved her Ph.D. in computer science at State University of New York while working for New York State Police. During this time, Ewa delivered various projects to law enforcement officers and detectives with a research focus on entity resolution, testing and reliability of service-oriented applications. Ewa currently lives in DFW and is a Senior Software Engineer with Blackhawk Network. In her free time, Ewa enjoys Argentinian tango and kayak. As a member of the DFW*ATW leadership team, she strives to enable promoting technology among women.
